ReplyDeleteI think the Affordable Care Act will decrease the number of uninsured residents. They can build a bigger safety net - they get more money while people get insured.

ReplyDeleteThis article tells about how many people in Utah have no health insurance and how to reduce amount of uninsured people. Also, it explains some reasons of that. One of the reasons is low income in families where some members (especially children) go without health insurance. In my opinion, the main reason is big price for the health insurance. I think that in order to reduce amount of uninsured people in Utah health department should offer a new plan which is more affordable for families with low income. Only in this case the problem will be reduced or even solved.
ReplyDeleteThis is Pedro.I believe that the Affordable Care act. will decrease the number of uninsured residents because they will have more facility to afford they medical bills.

ReplyDeleteWell, it definitely is going to increase the number of insured people. There is no doubts about it at all. But I personally don't believe in insurance. I believe all the insurance companies make just a good profit out of it. I had a health insurance for the last year, I didn't get sick even once, so I would ask: what did I pay for??? So, it might be the case when insurance company would actually pay you money, but you gotta be so sick by that time.. Well, there are could be also some times when you would be glad you have insurance too.
