  1. I just LOVE Halloween! Excluding the really scary things, that, in my opinion, departs the good spirit, Halloween is a good time to have fun generally. I love the idea to dress up some costumes and wear it the all day long, and go anywhere, such as go to work, school, supermarket, etc. I also love how excite children get to go around and ask for treats, and how beautiful is to see the community unified to make children happy so everybody buy candies. I just would like to make sure that parents are taking care of the amount of candies, and how much their kids eat every day. Those candies should last until next Halloween. All in all, I think Halloween is the most fun Halloween around the world! =)

  2. It is amazing! Like David says. Well, it is true. I like the Halloween tradition. Well, let me tell you something. When I was child I used to live in an apartment complex. Me and my friends started to make the Halloween a tradition in the apartment complex because we had seen in the U.S. movies. For some years I had done the trick-or treats and as I was becoming adult, the tradition was still there. Nowadays, I really don't know if they still have the tradition. Actually, I am going to ask my mom if they are still doing. Summarizing the point, I like it.

  3. I think it is a great holiday, and such a great opportunity for kids and all the people have fun and enjoy time together! Well, the Halloween does have some superstition but it became just a tradition just like the Halloween itself!!! But moreover, i am enjoying this holiday here, it is my first time ever to celebrate Halloween.

  4. A mean lady handed mean letters to children on Halloween. She gave a note that says basically your child is fat, you shouldn't send your child to get free candies. According to the article, people criticize the lady that hurting children being mean. However, the lady says her note won't hurt somebody except very vulnerable ones. But others argue that there are other ways to show the "care" of obesity like giving more nutritious snacks, or just simply turn off the lights. Some people gave eggs. Anyway, giving a harmful notes is the worst case on Halloween.

  6. This article piqued my interest. I think that the woman who was giving children warning letters instead of treats Thursday night was not right. Holidays have many traditions and Halloween has its own tradition such as asking for candies (treats) or trick by children. Halloween is the time when everybody should have fun and celebrate this holiday. And sending messages to the parents of kids who are really overweight was a bad idea. THis woman did not help anyone. She only spoiled the holiday for those children who met her.

  7. I think that Halloween is an interesting holiay. People cosplay and children go around ask for candy. Children can practice the skill to get on well with people and to talk to people while they are knocking others' door and having fun with other children. It's more meaningful than just go shopping and stay at home playing games.

  8. Some people in my country believe that Halloween is a devil thing. I think they are extremist. Halloween is just a fun celebration. Candies are part of this celebration, and eating them with moderation is the best way to celebrate.
