It is easy to deal with this problem, first, just give them everything they bought, then sue them or the technological provider of the EBT cards. In China, a young man found his debit card became unlimited, then he draw a lot of money, the bank sued him, and he was put into jail for many years, since that, nobody can do that adventure.
The WalMart directory reacted the way they tough they should react on it... But to prevent such situations in the future both sides have to be really careful. By saying both sides, I mean the side which gives a card and the side which has and uses the card. It's not good to use something what doesn't belong to you. I mean technically it could belong to you, because you see (for example) that you have a lot of money on your bank account which is not yours or unlimited access to the money or something else.... anyway you could understand that it is not yours, because you didn't have those money and you did purchase the unlimited access on your card... so, you should report about the situation instead of taking advantage of it and then put yourself in trouble like we see it in the article. :) It is always better to be honest, you can avoid lots a issues in the future.. :)
