Two retired professors won the Nobel prize for discovering the Higgs boson which explains how the universe is built. Their work counts as one of the most important discoveries because the theory of the Higgs boson assists scientists to understand better the galaxy. there were 6 scientists worked on this theory, unfortunately the others besides Higgs and Englert could not awarded. The boson is named after one the prizers Higgs. The Nobel prize is followed by large amount of money and two professors will share the prize. Now they are in center of media.

Also, it will help to understand how helixes are together. It is very interesting to me know more about galaxies and the way they are conform. Therefore, these discovering is very crucial for these research.

ReplyDeleteThe Higgs boson gives the explanation of how the world is constructed. And now we have a clear idea of how the word is truly designed. The theory explains us how the universe was built, beside that it is really helpful for scientists to have a better understanding of how the galaxies are "attached" to each other. The interesting fact that the Higgs boson was discovered quite some time ago, and it was only the theory. So, now we are blessed with the ability to live in time when the Higgs boson is discovered practically. The two pioneers named Peter Higgs and Francois Englert, who discover the Higgs boson, are still alive and can enjoy that their theory is actually proved practically and can be helpful for the next generation of human being to gain better knowledge of our Universe! :)
The Higgs boson is an important discovered because it explains about how the universe was built. And I think this is importan because knowledge is always important. And I think is a good way for those who believed in God to strength the knowledge of that God created this world according to some laws that rule the universe.
ReplyDeleteThe Higgs boson is important because it can led the study to a more deeply study about the beginning of the universe or how everything was created, or in the language of religion, how God created us (I loved it that last art). It is like one of the teachers says: "it is just a block in the wall of our existence". So, that will give for the scientist a part of all the map that God has to us.

Indeed, this particle can help scientists explain where mass comes from. Therefore, it was an important science advance, which would help us to understand where we come from.
