Perhaps all this process has been really harmful for the girl. However, I think that both parts are guilty of this incident. One of them to give away a child just because they did not wan to fight for her. And the others because they did not make a legal process. Now the girl is paying the consequences of irresponsible people.
Yes, the police did the right thing, even if there is problems, that is not about the police, that is about the law. If these couple want the girl, they can go the legal way. what the police need to do is just try to save more children.
I think that the police took actions to protect the little girl. I consider that the police should investigate more about the illegal adoption made by the greek couple. They didnt follow the legal process to adopt and also keep the the baby without legalize the papers. They deserve being in jail. On the other hand, it is unveliable how can children being stolen from their parents or sold by them. These incidents affects more children than their parents.
In my opinion, the police in Greece did the right thing. Even though the shocking couple's income was not enough for themselves to raise their baby, it is too harsh for the girl to be abandoned by her parents. The crazy parents should pay back their guilty, and the police should keep saving and protecting little children in Greece more and more.
All depends on what the law says. It is important to obey the law. But this in my opinion is unfair and that can hurt emotionally the child. Even the gypsies have bad reputation i believe that everyone has the right to explain the situation and be trusted. So, in this case during the investigation I believe that the best way was keep the kid with the "parents" untill the investigation finished.
In my opinion the police did what was right for the protection of the girl. It is something tricky, it seems to be something bad for the little girl when we know the truth; however, the police didn't know the truth, and the best thing was to take the girl from them.
