I dont believe that all nations spy each other; however, I know that some nations actually does. The only reason that spying is necessary is to save the freedom and life of the people of the country.

NO, not all the countries spy on each other. Only developed countries, which have advanced technology and a resources to be able to support such a project (like spying) financially.
Yes, spying is necessary. It is important for the security of the country. The only problem spying has to be limited and has to be controlled by honest, honored people, who can be considered fully trusted. Unfortunately not ll the people like that, who work in such field like spying for the country.
